I’m a bit of a story teller, and not one well known for keeping it short and sweet. For you though, I’ll try my best…

 

I’m a perfectionist, yet I’m totally disorganised. I’m laid back, yet I get stressed out. I love to be spontaneous, yet I love having a plan. I’m perfectly imperfect – just the way I like it.

 

If I went out last night and had a few too many not-so sugar free cocktails, I own up to it.

My favourite perfume is so far from organic that I’d probably struggle to pronounce a single ingredient. (Sorry Mother Nature!)

Sometimes I have days where I simply cannot motivate myself to train.

 

And guess what? That’s ok!

 

I’m a big believer in the 90:10 rule, but hey, every now and then it looks a little more like 80:20. No big deal. This whole healthy living thing can make you crazy if you let it. My advice? Don’t let it!
